目前國內無紙面(mian)石(shi)膏(gao)板生產(chan)線的(de)(de)自動化程度還未(wei)實(shi)現(xian)(xian),現(xian)(xian)處于(yu)手動和(he)半自動水平(ping),受自動化水平(ping)的(de)(de)限制(zhi),國內的(de)(de)無紙面(mian)石(shi)膏(gao)板的(de)(de)質量(liang)和(he)產(chan)量(liang)均不能滿足(zu)市(shi)場(chang)的(de)(de)需求;為了(le)(le)解決以(yi)上存(cun)在的(de)(de)問題(ti),本設備提供(gong)了(le)(le)一套自動控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系統;其所采(cai)(cai)用的(de)(de)方(fang)案是:該自控(kong)(kong)系統包括(kuo)中央控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)室、溫度控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、配(pei)料工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、成型(xing)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、切(qie)斷工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、橫向輸送工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、烘干工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、各(ge)個(ge)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)之間通過(guo) MELSCNET/H 網(wang)絡系統環網(wang)連接,構成控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)網(wang)絡層;各(ge)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)通過(guo) CC-LINK 網(wang)與智(zhi)能控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)設備、變頻器(qi)連接,構成現(xian)(xian)場(chang)網(wang)絡層;生產(chan)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)采(cai)(cai)用分(fen)布(bu)式(shi) PLC 控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系統, CPU 模塊選用西門子 S7-300,現(xian)(xian)場(chang)I/O 模塊采(cai)(cai)用西門子 ET-200S,人機界面(mian) HMI 為西門子 WinCC。各(ge)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)和(he)上位控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)中心(xin) SCADA 通過(guo)冗余工(gong)(gong)(gong)業以(yi)太(tai)網(wang)相連,從而實(shi)現(xian)(xian)生產(chan)過(guo)程的(de)(de)集中控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)和(he)實(shi)時(shi)數(shu)據統一管(guan)理。設備級(變頻器(qi)、分(fen)布(bu)式(shi) I/O 等)采(cai)(cai)用現(xian)(xian)場(chang)總線通訊。電氣控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)設備主要包括(kuo) MCC 控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)柜、PLC 控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)柜、SCADA 操作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)員(yuan)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、現(xian)(xian)場(chang)各(ge)類檢(jian)測元件。
